Overview of the Company

Saudi Aramco Total Refinery and Petrochemical Company (SATORP), joint
venture between Saudi Aramco and Total of France, a $12 billion
Company, refining and petrochemical Complex at Jubail on the east
coast of Saudi Arabia will build and operate a world class grass-roots
refinery, processing 400,000 barrels per day of Arabian Heavy crude to
produce gasoline, diesel, jet fuel and petrochemical products for
export and domestic consumption.

Construction of all facilities is to be completed by the fourth
quarter of 2012, while commercial operation of the facilities is
scheduled for March 2013

Job Description:

Maintenance Dept

1 Central Planning Supervisor      JRE23208

 BS Engineer Mechanical Engineer with at least 15 years experience in
Maintenance Planning of refineries. Strong experience dealing with
maintenance contractors. Supervision and Leadership skills. The
candidate must guaranty control and coordination of all planning and
scheduling activities related to routine maintenance. Responsible of
planning all routine maintenance activities either on sites or in
workshop. Coordination and managing of all implementation process and
follow up of Preventive Plan Maintenance using SAP PM

2 Rotating Equipment Sr. Specialist JRE23209

 BS Engineer Minimum of (15) years of experience in Rotating Equipment
Engineering and Maintenance, accrued in a petro chemical operating
environment. Must have an excellent tacit knowledge of compressors,
gas / steam turbines, and centrifugal pumps (and their respective seal
systems). Experienced in the use of FMECA and RBM methodologies.
Capable of defining maintenance strategies (including the definition
of appropriate spare parts) for critical rotating equipment systems to
secure high reliability for process units.  Be capable of leading and
managing a team of engineers / technicians focused on improving
rotating equipment reliability.  Experience in the creation and
coordination of Rotating Equipment maintenance budgets and contracts.

3 Instrumentation Engineer   JRE23210

 BS Engineer Bachelor degree or equivalent in control systems or
instrumentation with at least 07 years experience with field
instrumentation in refineries. Responsible for expanding, maintenance
and failure analysis on instrumentation systems. Experience developing
working practices and procedures for working on instrument system. The
candidate must define, review, establish and manage routine
maintenance for all Instrumentation Systems in all operational areas
of the refinery. Similarly, must maintain and audit inventories for
spare parts related to instruments and control systems equipment.

4 DCS Engineer JRE23211

 BS Engineer Minimum of (7) years of experience in engineering and
maintenance of Distributed Control Systems. Must have specific
knowledge of advanced control system schemes.  To have experience in
maintenance troubleshooting of ESD and DCS systems.  Experience in the
creation of maintenance procedures for control systems and related
equipment. Formal Training in DCS and ESD ( Elisa Design suits)
systems designed by Invensys is considered an advantage.

5 Area Maintenance Leader   JRE23212

 BS Engineer or Technician Engineer at university level with at least
12 years experience or technician with at least 15 years experience as
maintenance execution area supervisor in refineries. The candidate
must lead, manage and control the short term routine maintenance
execution related to process plants and utilities including corrective
and preventive maintenance. Leading and Coordination of his particular
Area Maintenance, which includes Planner, Supervisors, Scheduler,
Inspection Coordinator, etc. Also, schedule organize and facilitates
daily maintenance meetings with Area Operations Superintendent and the
Maintenance Coordinator and Planners to analyze and priorities daily
notifications, and to update weekly schedules. Knowledge about cost
controlling and budget are required.

6 Electrical Engineer   JRE23213

 BS Engineer. Electrical engineering in power systems with at least 07
years experience related to electrical power system in refineries.
Advanced knowledge of electrical network protective devices and
systems in process plants. Responsible for maintenance and
troubleshooting of equipment and electrical systems, including
substations, switchgears, UPS , relaying, devices, etc. The candidate
must define, review, establish and manage routine maintenance plan for
all Electrical Systems in all operational areas of the refinery.
Similarly, must maintain and audit inventories for spare parts related
to refinery power system. Experience in High Voltage Distribution
Systems at different voltage levels (230 KV, 34.5 KV, 13.8 KV, 4.16 KV
and 480 V) is required.

7 Warehouse Supervisor   JRE23214

 BS Engineer minimum 10 years of Warehouse experience, including at
least 06 years as Warehouse Supervisor.. Experience in managing
warehouse outsourcing is strongly recommended. The candidate will be
responsible for the managing and warehousing of all materials,
supplies, equipment and spare parts of items, ensuring a good quality
of reception, storage and delivery of materials and spare parts to
provide the company with accurate and efficiency according to the
world class standards, using for this a specialized company in
managing and controlling of Warehouses (Warehouse outsourcing) .
Similarly, the candidate must maintain adequately the stock data base
and guarantee the adequacy between records and physical stock by
undertaking stock counts assuring a Warehouse Level Service higher
than 95%.

8 General Services Supervisor JRE23215

 BS Engineer Bachelor Degree with Minimum experience of 15 years in
administration and coordination of maintenance contracts. Experience
dealing with maintenance contractors. Strong SAP experience is
required. The candidate must provide guidelines to Contracts
Coordinator in order to get support from maintenance people to develop
scopes of work for maintenance activities to be executed via
contractors, during normal operation of the refinery and turnarounds.
Similarly, the candidate will be responsible to Supervise to the
Contracts Coordinator and provide guidelines about how to develop
Evaluation Criteria and preliminary cost estimation for maintenance
contracts. Also, will Coordinate and manage all activities related to
administration of Maintenance Contracts including developing of tools
for processing progress payments to contractors using SAP

9 ECS Engineer JRE23216

 BS Engineer Electrical Engineering with at least 07 years experience
related to Electrical Control Systems in refineries or Process plants.
The candidate must have experience in managing, operation, monitoring
and control of Refineries Electrical Power Systems through systems
specially designed for it using PLC . Responsible for overall
management of ECS (Electrical Control System) in the Refinery. The
candidate will develop procedures to be followed during maintenance
activities related to ECS, taking into account manufacturers
recommendations and best practices in order not to affect the
electrical services in electrical substations and Process Plants. Some
experience in Relaying Protective Devices and DCS is required.

10 SAP Administrator JRE23217

 BS Engineer Minimum of (5) years of experience in the configuration,
implementation and day-to-day management of SAP PM / MM. Capable of
the administration of SAP workflows and processes.  Competent to
provide technical support and effective database solutions to end
users and maintenance team. To design strategies to manage the general
outsourcing of maintenance contracts through SAP PM.  Demonstrate the
ability to develop, present and teach training courses to share
technical knowledge / information related to SAP PM / MM.

11 Rotating Equipment Engineer JRE23218

 BS Engineer Minimum of (10) years of experience in Rotating Equipment
Engineering and Maintenance, accrued in a petro chemical operating
environment.  Creation and coordination of Rotating Equipment System
maintenance budget and contracts. Experience in the development of
maintenance strategies and procedures for rotating equipment; able to
assist and provide support in major / minor services of rotating
equipment. Be capable of leading and facilitating failure analysis
(RCA) of rotating equipment and ancillary systems.  Experience in the
development of maintenance procedures for rotating equipment.

12    Contract Coordinator  JRE23219

 BS Engineer Minimum of (10) years of experience in Maintenance
contracts administration and Bidding processes for maintenance
activities. To develop Evaluation Criteria and preliminary cost
estimate for contracts expected results. To coordinate and manage all
activities related to prepare instructions to Bidders, meet with the
contractors and evaluate offers. Has knowledge of cost and controlling
budget and SAP background.

13. HSSEQ - Environmental  JRE23290

Job Title: Environment Head

Degree: BS Engineering

Minimum Requirements: Minimum of (15) years in industrial experience.
Must have a very good knowledge of Environment Management Systems in
Oil Industry or Petrochemicals. To develop, implement and maintain the
Environmental Management System Policy and Programs.. To provide
guidance and advice across the Company organization.  Must have
management skills to lead the Environmental Services group

14. Quality Specialist JRE21422

BS Engineering Minimum five (5) years of industrial experience, Good
knowledge and understanding of the refinery's organization.
Perseverance, capability to convince, written/verbal communication
skills, rigor.

T & O Department

15)  Shift Supervisor   JRE23334

BS Analytical Chemistry.

Minimum 5 years of Analytical experience in Refineries or
Petrochemicals Laboratories, and 2 years of Group Leader or Trainer
experience in Refineries or      Petrochemicals Laboratories. To
ensure the execution of Shift analysis program in accordance with
occupational health, safety, environmental conservation, quality,
confidentiality and protection of company regulations. To ensure the
accuracy of the measuring equipment and measurements/ analysis
results, and to implement, and monitor required quality control
programs. To manage the shift operation section and personnel on daily
and mid-term basis. To assist the Lab Superintendent in the
preparation and follow up of Capital and Operational Budgets. Must
have good leadership and communication skills, and capability of and
willing to work in 24 hrs shift.

16) Lab Day Supervisor JRE23335

 BS Analytical Chemistry

Minimum 5 years of Analytical experience in Refineries or
Petrochemicals Laboratories, and 2 years of Supervisory or Group
Leader experience in Refineries or Petrochemicals Laboratories. To
ensure the execution of day analysis program in accordance with
occupational health, safety, environmental conservation, quality,
confidentiality and protection of company regulations. To ensure the
accuracy of the measuring equipment and measurements/ analysis
results, and to implement, and monitor required quality control
programs. To manage the day laboratory section and personnel on daily
and mid-term basis. To assist the Lab Superintendent in the
preparation and follow up of Capital and Operational Budgets.. Must
have excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills.

17)  Inspection Superintendent     JRE23336

 BS Engineering

Minimum 10 years of inspection experience  in refining or
petrochemical areas. Must have strong technical back-ground, and
knowledge of metals/ materials and their properties, and knowledge of
refinery processes and of corrosion mechanisms. To define and ensure
that the Inspection Strategy is continuously developed and updated to
accommodate changes in policy. To estimate and manage department
budgets, develop, implement and maintain the objectives and tasks of
inspection department. To have management skills to lead the
Inspection Department.

18) Senior On-stream Analyzers Field Technician    JRE23340

BS Instrumentation Engineer. Minimum (10-15) years of On Stream
Analyzers and Sample Handling Systems, working experience in
installation, commissioning, modification, FAT, SAT , calibration,
validation, operation acceptance test, quality programs, repairing and
maintenance, spare parts inventory and warehousing in refining or
petrochemical  areas. Must be available for after hours emergency work
requirements.

FINANCE DEPARTMENT

19)   Cost Accountant   JRE23341

BS in Accounting. Minimum of (10) Years of relevant accounting
experience. To prepare cost of sales, operating cost and other cost
with timely and accurate completion. To perform reporting variances
and supporting analysis in costing system. Knowledgeable in SAP CO
modules. Must be a CPA, Certified Public Accountant.

20. Financial Accountant JRE23342

     BS in Accounting. Minimum of (10) Years of relevant financial
accounting experience. To be Knowledgeable in preparation and analysis
of IFRS financial statements.. Manage and coordinate monthly and
yearly-end closing activities. Prepare MIS reports and accountability
reports related to financial accounting. Coordinate and prepares the
financial statements. Conduct GL and bank accounts reconciliations.
Must be a CPA, Certified Public Accountant.

 MANUFACTURING- OPERATION Department

21.   Coke Handling Operation Engineer   JRE23343

          Minimum (10) years of refining experience, and (5) years of
experience in Coke Handling Process. To assist the Area 6 Operation
Superintendent with the follow up of Operational and Maintenance
activities for the coke handling facilities in accordance with safety,
occupational health, environmental conservation and security company
regulations and procedures. To participate in the coke handling
contract management.

22.   Operation Shift Supervisor     JRE23348

               Minimum of (5) years experience in supervisory capacity
in refining. To be responsible for supervising and leading a shift
team, coordinating and managing both internal and inter-discipline
work interface, and executing activities cost effectively and performs
high    skill operational duties in company OIL/ Gas processing and
refining or fractionation facilities. Must have a very good background
in    understanding of plant layout and the operating process, fire
fighting and emergency skills, and supervisory skills.. Completion of
ITC, ENGLISH, E6, MATH, MI.B. is a MUST

23. Operation Shift Leader Operator   JRE23346

              Minimum of (6) years operator experience in refining. To
perform high skill operational duties in company oil/ gas processing
and refining or   fractionation facilities. Must have thorough
understanding of plant layout and the operation process. Must process
the flexibility to rotate and operate other plants of similar
complexity after a reasonable break-in period. Completion of ITC,
ENGLISH, E6, MATH, MI.B. is a MUST.

24.     Operation Shift Control Man   JRE23350

                   Minimum of (6) years operator experience in
refining. To control petroleum-refining operations. To performs high
skills operational duties. Must have thorough understanding of plant
layout and the operation process. Must process the flexibility to
rotate and operate other plants of similar complexity after a
reasonable break-in period. Completion of ITC, ENGLISH, E6, MATH,
MI.B. is a MUST

25.    FCC/ Alky Operation Superintendent      JRE23347

                Minimum of (15) years of refining operation experience
and FCC/ Alky/ unsat Gas, and (5) years of Managerial experience. To
program, coordinate, evaluate and control the implementation of
operational activities in Area 5 (FCC/Alky) in accordance with the
directions given by operations management and bearing in mind the
aspects of safety, health, environmental conservation and security,
framed in JER company regulations and procedures. To carry out
analysis of operational costs, reliability and availability of
processes, quality systems, and to ensure satisfactory staff
performance. Must have a global understanding of refining economics
and ability to make decisions.

26.   CCR/ Benz / Parx Operation Superintendent      No of Vacancies =
1   JRE23351

              Minimum of (15) years of refining operation experience
and CCR & Aromatics/ Paraxy, and (5) years of Managerial experience.
To program, coordinate, evaluate and control the implementation of
operational activities in Area 2 in accordance with the directions
given by operations management and bearing in mind the aspects of
safety, health, environmental conservation and security, framed in JER
company regulations and procedures. To carry out analysis of
operational costs, reliability and availability of processes, quality
systems, and to ensure satisfactory staff performance. Must have a
global understanding of refining economics and ability to make
decisions.

COMMON QUALIFICATION NECESSARY FOR ALL THE ABOVE POSITIONS:

Ø  Muslim & Middle East (Gulf) Experience  is an advantage

Ø  Conversant with industrial safety & Environmental regulation and
familiar with HAZOP procedures.

Ø  Be able to provide technical guidance, training, auditing and
staffing support in his field. Prepares technical standards,
guidelines, and procedures for developing, maintaining and monitoring
relevant project plans and schedules..
