-     Relevant experience should include 4 years completed within a private equity firm, direct investment firm, , investment bank or strategy consulting firm;
-     Buy-side experience is preferred;
-     Experience in the Middle East, is highly desirable; and
-     Knowledge in Shari'a structures/investme nts is a plus.

-     Advanced modelling and financial analysis skills;
-     Excellent academic record.
-     Experienced in assessing investment opportunities across various sectors;
-     Experienced in contributing to private placement memorandums and taking ownership of business presentations;
-     Experienced in critically analysing and building financial statements;
-     Experience in reviewing and monitoring portfolio companies
-     Entrepreneurial attitude; and
-     Excellent interpersonal skills.

-     Strong personality and the ability to develop good relationships;
-     Self-motivated and proactive attitude;
-     Team player;
-     Ability to work under pressure;
-     Versatile and multi-tasking ability
-     Articulate, good communicator and negotiator;
-     Innovative and problem solver;
 
Education
-     A graduate from a reputable university
-     Professional qualification, such as an MBA, CFA or CPA.
 
Languages
-     Fluency in English and Arabic.
 
salary range is between 1400 – 1600 KD.
