1.Web Developer
Position Requirements
a) Bachelor Degree in Computer\Electronic s Engineering\ Science
b) Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
c) At least 3 years experience in hardware, software and applications support and services
d) Strong graphic design skills such as adobe Photoshop, fireworks, SharePoint Designer and flash
e) Good knowledge of coding, scripting and programming including but not limited to: HTML, DHTML and XML, JavaScript, Active Server Pages (ASP)
f) Good experience with databases specially Microsoft SQL
g) Excellent experience in Windows XP, Vista, 7, Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 or later
h) dynamic
i) Good interpersonal skills and an amicable disposition
j) Fluent in English, Arabic language would be an advantage
2. Installation Engineer
Position Requirements
a) Degree in Computer\Electronic s\Science
b) Aged between 25-40 years
c) Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
d) CompTIA A+ Certified (Essentials)
e) At least 3 years experience in hardware, software and applications support and services
f) Excellent experience in troubleshooting and repairing PCs, printers, plotters, scanners and other peripherals
g) Excellent experience in diagnosing and solving computer related problems hardware, software, applications)
h) Capable of analyzing and diagnosing hardware / software problems expeditiously
i) Excellent experience in installing, supporting and troubleshooting Windows XP, Vista, 7, Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 or later
j) Excellent experience in troubleshooting network related problems
3. Installation Team Leader
Position Requirements
a) Bachelor Degree in Computer\Electronic s Engineering\ Science
b) Aged between 28-40 years
c) Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
d) CompTIA A+ Certified (Essentials and IT Technician)
e) Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certified is a plus
f) At least 8 years experience in hardware, software and applications support and services
g) Excellent experience in creating and building new images for desktops\notebooks (Operating Systems + Applications)
h) Excellent experience in using GHOST applications and tools
i) At least 2 years experience as a team leader
j) Excellent experience in troubleshooting and repairing PCs, printers, plotters, scanners and other peripherals
k) Excellent experience in diagnosing and solving computer related problems hardware, software, applications)
l) Capable of analyzing and diagnosing hardware / software problems expeditiously
m) Excellent experience in installing, supporting and troubleshooting Windows XP, Vista, 7, Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 or later
n) Excellent knowledge in network client configuration (NIC, TCPIP, DNS, DHCP, etc...)
o) Excellent experience in troubleshooting network related problems
p) Excellent experience in following ITIL framework processes and specifically Incident, Problem and Configuration Management
q) Shall be dynamic and update his knowledge of server hardware / software continuously.
r) Good documentation skills
s) Good interpersonal skills and an amicable disposition
t) Fluent in English, Arabic language would be an advantage
u) Must possess valid driving license
4. Hardware/Software Engineer
Position Requirements
a) Bachelor Degree in Computer\Electronic s Engineering\ Science
b) Aged between 25-40 years
c) Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
d) Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certified is a plus
e) CompTIA A+ certified (Essentials and IT Technician)
f) At least 4 years experience in hardware, software and applications support and services
g) Excellent experience in troubleshooting and repairing PCs, printers, plotters, scanners and other peripherals at component level
h) Excellent experience in diagnosing and solving computer related problems hardware, software, applications)
i) Capable of analyzing and diagnosing hardware / software problems expeditiously
j) Excellent experience in installing, supporting and troubleshooting Windows XP, Vista, Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 or later
k) Excellent experience in troubleshooting network related problems

5. Senior Hardware/Software Engineer
Position Requirements
a) Bachelor Degree in Computer\Electronic s Engineering\ Science
b) Aged between 28-40 years
c) Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
d) Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certified
e) CompTIA A+ certified (Essentials & IT Technician)
f) At least 6 years experience in hardware, software and applications support and services
g) Al least 2 years of experience as Senior Hardware/Software Engineer in similar project to KOC scope and environment (A client certificate must be provided)
h) At least 2 years experience in providing applications support services for KOC’s commercial and engineering applications (listed in an appendix)
i) Excellent experience in troubleshooting and repairing PCs, printers, plotters, scanners and other peripherals at component level
j) Excellent experience in diagnosing and solving computer related problems hardware, software, applications)
k) Capable of analyzing and diagnosing hardware / software problems expeditiously
l) Excellent experience in installing, supporting and troubleshooting Windows XP, Vista, Microsoft Office 2003, 2007
m) Excellent experience in troubleshooting network related problems
n) Shall be dynamic and update his knowledge of server hardware / software continuously.
o) Good interpersonal skills and an amicable disposition
p) Fluent in English, Arabic language would be an advantage

Note: As it is a government project, the scanned copies of the highest degree educational certificates and previous companies work experience certificates is to be attached along with the resume (Mandatory).
The contract period is 36 Months with renewal availability.
